We are a family that loves to accommodate friends and have unique moments. Mum Thalia and her daughters Mariza and Nikoleta , have decided to meet new friends all over the world. We live in Heraklion and we really adore Villa Marie Nicol as we have spent great and unforgetable times there…. Indoors you can find: electric cooker, espresso / filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and dish washer, smart TV and air-conditioning in every room.

Outdoors, it consists of two floors. In the first one, you will find a garden with flowers and a special designed place for kids to play, a table, chairs and a garden swing to rest and have dinner or coffee. In the second floor, you will find the outdoor swimming pool with all needed amenities (sun beds, umbrellas, towels) a shower, a fully equiped bbq accompanied with a cooker and a mini fridge.

Apart from convenience and hospitality, our aim is your safety towards covid – 19, too. In the entrance, you will find antiseptic, gloves and masks of a use. The place is cleaned and decontaminated with special cleaners for your protection. After each departure, decontamination of the places is taken place by a certified company, which provides us with the appropriate certification.

Η Villa Marie Nicol Villa Marie Nicol is located just 16km from the centre of Heraklion (port) and 19 km from Nikos Kazantzakis Airport. The combination of mountain and the sea offers unique moments of relaxation.

Transportation ways:

200 m away is highway exit to East and West Crete ( Chania, Rethymno, Agios Nikolaos) or to the centre of Heraklion. In our neighborhood you will find streets full of greenery and flowers which are appropriate for walking. Also we can provide you with offers to rent vehicles , luxurious cars and mini bus with driver.

In a distance , less than 18km, you can find organized beaches ( sun beds – umbrellas – lifeguard ) such as Made, Ligaria, Agia Pelagia, Psaromoura and others , with sand and pebbles. In addition you will find recommendations for food, shopping and of course, your entertainment. Family taverns , gourmet restaurants , café – bar to relax , supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, water sports club etc. The local bus station is located 200m away, coach station , taxi and ATM are 1.8km away.
